Is Bijasa Invoice free?
Yes. The local invoicing tool has no account requirement, ads or paid watermark removal. The Bijasa footer can be switched off.
Where are my invoices stored?
In this browser on this device, using IndexedDB. Clearing browser data can delete them. Download backups regularly, especially before switching browsers or devices.
Can I use it offline?
After the offline package has finished downloading, the editor, local records and PDF tools can work without a connection. First-time loading, external payment links and opening online messaging services need internet access.
Does it verify my GST registration or generate an IRN?
No. It validates document details and declared facts. If an IRN or an unsupported statutory step is required, finalisation is blocked. A UPI QR is a payment code and does not replace an IRP-signed QR.
Can I use a different currency?
Yes, for supported commercial invoices and qualifying exports without collected GST. Foreign-currency invoices collecting Indian GST need a statutory INR tax breakdown and are blocked in this version.
Will recurring invoices and reminders send automatically?
No. Recurring drafts are prepared while the app is open and must be reviewed. Reminder buttons prepare a message; you send it in your own app and confirm the reminder log. Calendar files let your own calendar provide an alert.
Can I move my data to another device?
Download a JSON backup, then import it on the other device. Review the import preview and choose merge or replace. This is a transfer, not live cloud sync.
Is a typed signature a verified digital signature?
No. Typed names and uploaded images are visual elements. You must complete the applicable signature requirement or confirm that the relevant electronic-invoice exception applies.
